  17. Click Advanced settings.
    The Advanced Properties dialog box appears.
  18. If Mobile VPN with L2TP on the Firebox is configured to use a pre-shared key as the IPSec credential method:
    1. Select Use pre-shared central for authentication.
    2. In the Central text box, type the pre-shared key for this tunnel. The pre-shared key must match the pre-shared fundamental configured on the Firebox Mobile VPN with L2TP IPSec settings.
  19. If Mobile VPN with L2TP on the Firebox is configured to use a document as the IPSec credential method:
    1. Select Use certificate for authentication.
    2. Make sure the Verify the Proper noun and Usage attributes of the servers certificate check box is selected.

  20. Click OK.
